不定形耐火材料是服务于高温技术的基础材料，同时也是各种热工设备的结构材料及功能性材料，所以耐火材料的生产具有良好的发展前景。本设计介绍了加热炉浇注料的生产流程及生产车间设计方案，以三级高铝矾土、水泥和高铝粉为主要原料，以硅微粉为结合剂，并加入少量减水剂六偏磷酸钠来生产加热炉浇注料。确定了生产班制，按照原料配比对其进行了物料平衡计算。根据物料平衡计算结果及各种原料的性能特点对该生产车间所用生产设备进行了详细的选型计算，并对其原料仓库进行了布置，确定了生产车间内的控制室、配料仓、混合设备、起重机及包装机的具体放置位置。在以上工作的基础上绘制了年产八万吨加热炉浇注料总平面布置图、车间平面布置图及相应的纵横剖面布置图。

Amorphous refractories are not only the basic materials serving high temperature technology, but also the structural and functional materials of various thermal equipment, so the production of refractories has a good development prospect. This design introduces the production process and workshop design scheme of the castable for the heating furnace. The castable for the heating furnace is produced with three-level high alumina bauxite, cement and high alumina powder as the main raw materials, silica powder as the binder and a small amount of water reducing agent sodium hexametaphosphate. The production shift system is determined and the material balance is calculated according to the proportion of raw materials. According to the material balance calculation results and the performance characteristics of various raw materials, the production equipment used in the production workshop is selected and calculated in detail, the raw material warehouse is arranged, and the specific placement positions of control room, batching warehouse, mixing equipment, crane and packaging machine in the production workshop are determined. On the basis of the above work, the general layout of castable for heating furnace with an annual output of 80000 tons, the layout of workshop and the corresponding vertical and horizontal section layout are drawn.
