市政给排水工程一般为城市输送生活及工作用水，排泄城市内自然降水和生活及工业污水。作为城市发展必不可缺的基础设施和提高人民生活水平的基本条件的给排水工程，它的工程施工质量在整个市政工程施工项目中占有非常重要的地位。市政给排水施工工程是保证城市经济发展和人民生活的基础工程，是城市可持续发展的基本要求。因此加强对市政给排水工程质量的管理控制研究是市政建设工程的重中之重。本文从市政给排水工程施工的意义、市政给排水工程施工现状及问题两个方面入手，并在市政给排水工程施工准备阶段和市政给排水工程施工过程中以及市政给排水工程施工管理三个方面提出相应的解决办法及措施。

Municipal water supply and drainage projects generally transport domestic and working water for the city, and discharge the natural precipitation and domestic and industrial sewage in the city. As an indispensable infrastructure for urban development and the basic condition for improving people's living standards, the construction quality of water supply and drainage engineering plays a very important role in the whole municipal engineering construction project. Municipal water supply and drainage construction project is the basic project to ensure urban economic development and people's life, and it is the basic requirement of urban sustainable development. Therefore, strengthening the management and control research on the quality of municipal water supply and drainage engineering is the top priority of municipal construction engineering. This paper starts with the significance of municipal water supply and drainage engineering construction, the current situation and problems of municipal water supply and drainage engineering construction, and puts forward corresponding solutions and measures in three aspects: the construction preparation stage of municipal water supply and drainage engineering, the construction process of municipal water supply and drainage engineering and the construction management of municipal water supply and drainage engineering.
