随着经济快速迅速的发展，国民富足，人们对汽车的购买力不断的增强同时在购买汽车时对于汽车的性能越来越重视，比如汽车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性等，而悬架的结构在这些方面起着决定性的影响。多连杆独立悬挂相对于非独立悬架其结构更加优越，能够进一步提高汽车的性能，基本上能满足人们对汽车的性能要求。以往由于多连杆独立悬架的结构复杂、生产成本高等多方面的条件限制只用于高端轿车。但是随着汽车工业技术的不断发展，零件的生产成本逐渐降低，多连杆独立悬挂系统有着巨大发展潜力，许多中高端轿车上也逐渐的安装了多连杆独立悬挂，其优越性能得到了人们的认可。所以本文基于某SUV车型的已有的参数对其后悬挂系统进行设计，后悬挂采用多连杆独立悬挂系统，并结合生产实际对其重要的零部件进行计算和校核
